Weather

  • What happens if it rains? If we have to cancel for any bad weather there is a full refund or we can reschedule. Generally we play it safe and we only sail if there is a good chance of no rain. Usually the weather report improves closer to the date.

Cancellation

  • Can I reschedule my sail? You are allowed one reschedule 72 hours or before your sailing reservation. No reschedules are allowed within 72 hours of your reservation.

  • Can I cancel my sail? You are allowed to cancel and receive a full refund, seven days or more before your sailing reservation. No refunds for cancellations within seven days of your reservation. No refunds if you are more than 30 minutes late or miss your sail. No penalty for any cancellation caused by a government shutdown.

**For Group Sails, if the group is less than 5-6 passengers there is a chance we will ask to reschedule or cancel. For reschedule requests we will do our best to message at least 24-48 hours in advance. If your group can't reschedule we can wait until 9:00pm the night before--or earlier if you need more advance notice--for the group to fill up. If canceled there is a full refund.**
